Product features:
1. Fully Welded Integrated Structure: The valve body adopts a full welding process, fundamentally eliminating the hidden
danger of external leakage. The compact and exquisite structure ensures efficient and convenient installation and
maintenance, significantly reducing engineering installation difficulty and time cost.
2. Smooth Operation with Low Torque: Using PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) metal bushing self-lubricating technology,
friction resistance is greatly reduced, enabling the valve to operate stably with low torque. This effectively reduces
equipment wear, extends service life, and lowers energy consumption and maintenance frequency.
3. Double Block and Bleed Function (DBB): When the valve is closed and both sides of the ball are under pressure, the
unique DBB function can quickly discharge the medium (gas or liquid) in the valve cavity through the drain valve, ensuring
safety during system maintenance and avoiding potential risks caused by residual media.
4. Dual Piston Effect Sealing Guarantee: The innovative dual piston effect seat structure achieves bilateral sealing driven
by pressure. If the upstream seat is damaged and leaks, the downstream medium pressure will immediately push the seat
to closely fit the ball, automatically switching to downstream sealing. This dual protection ensures continuous and stable
system operation.
5. Multi-Sealing for Long-Term Reliability: The floating seat can flexibly float along the valve centerline to achieve bidirectional
high-efficiency sealing. Under low pressure, the spring preload provides initial sealing; under high-pressure conditions, the
spring collaborates with the pressure to enhance the sealing effect. The combined sealing structure is particularly remarkable — the primary seal resists erosion from solid particles, the secondary rubber ring seal achieves the "zero leakage" standard, and polymer engineering plastic seals can be customized according to complex working conditions to adapt to diverse needs. 6. **Intelligent Emergency Protection System**: The built-in emergency seat sealing system allows the grease injection system to quickly inject sealant into the valve sealing surface under pipeline pressure when there is minor leakage or damage to the sealing surface, forming a temporary protective barrier. For media containing small solid particles, cleaners or lubricants can be injected through the injection system to clean and lubricate the sealing surface. The check valve designed at the bottom of the valve strictly prevents media leakage from this position in detail, safeguarding the system safety in all aspects.
