The H44H series metal sealing check valve is designed for horizontal installation in water supply and drainage systems. It can be installed at the outlet of water pumps to prevent backflow and water hammer damage, or on bypass pipes of reservoir inlet and outlet pipes to prevent water from flowing back into the supply system.
Check valves are suitable for clean media and are not recommended for mediums containing solid particles or high viscosity. When installed at pump outlets, they provide shut-off and check functions, eliminating water hammer damage to pump units and pipeline networks. During power outages, the valve automatically closes to protect pump and pipeline safety.
